Payroll Accountant/ Fujairah

Job Description

We are looking to add a Payroll Officer to our team at Fujairah Office.
Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field
Experience: 3-5 years Responsibilities \xc3\x98 Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets \xc3\x98 Calculate bonuses and allowances \xc3\x98 Prepare employees\xe2\x80\x99 compensation by the end of each month using payroll software \xc3\x98 Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees \xc3\x98 Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper) \xc3\x98 Report on payroll expenses \xc3\x98 Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations \xc3\x98 Enter new employees\xe2\x80\x99 data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases \xc3\x98 Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions Requirements and skills \xc3\x98 Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role \xc3\x98 Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software \xc3\x98 Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors \xc3\x98 Good knowledge of labor legislation \xc3\x98 Time-management skills \xc3\x98 Ability to handle confidential information Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
