Payroll Accountant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll for employees, handling timesheets and ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits, including leave, allowances, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in payroll-related projects and process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Must have UAE experience.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance or a closely related field with a focus on payroll and finance.
  • Proven track record of success as a payroll specialist or in a similar role.
