to oversee our security and cleaning operations across multiple sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring proper performance, and conducting regular site inspections.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage security guards and cleaning staff across assigned sites.
Conduct regular patrolling and site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Handle on-site issues, incidents, and provide timely reports to management.
Ensure proper deployment of manpower and resources.
Coordinate with clients to address concerns and maintain service quality.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and incidents.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (Security/Cleaning industry preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of patrolling and site supervision.
Ability to handle multiple sites and shifts.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 2500 - 2700 per month.
