Job Summary
We are seeking a warm, professional, and patient-focused
Guest Relations Executive
to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the hospital, ensuring every patient and visitor receives a smooth, courteous, and comforting experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors with empathy and efficiency.
Manage check-ins, direct patients to appropriate departments, and provide clear guidance.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns with care and timely resolution.
Coordinate with medical and admin teams to ensure seamless patient services.
Provide information on hospital facilities, procedures, and billing when required.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and support follow-ups.
Respect patient privacy and uphold hospital confidentiality protocols.
Offer personalized assistance to VIP and international patients when needed.
Support hospital events, wellness programs, and feedback initiatives.
Communicate effectively in English and Hindi; Arabic is an added advantage.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of guest relations experience in a hospital or medical facility.
Fluent in
English and Hindi
(Arabic is an advantage, not mandatory).
Excellent communication, empathy, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance with a calm and courteous demeanor.
Familiarity with hospital systems and patient care processes is preferred.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
