Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing clear and accurate information regarding services, appointments, and procedures
  • Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and communication to ensure continuity of care
  • Handle patient feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues when required
  • Liaise with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to support efficient patient flow and service delivery
  • Maintain and update patient records while ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
  • Assist patients with insurance approvals, billing queries, and documentation requirements

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes is an advantage
