Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing accurate information and a welcoming experience
• Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and communication to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination

• Coordinate closely with clinical and support teams to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery
• Maintain patient records with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask effectively and work calmly under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes is an advantage
