Ebn Hayan Healthcare is hiring a

female Lebanese Patient Care Coordinator

with strong experience in

medical and aesthetic clinics

. This role is ideal for a confident, professional coordinator with excellent communication and patient conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage patient inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups Coordinate appointments for

medical and aesthetic services

Explain treatment plans, procedures, pricing, and packages Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Liaise between doctors, nurses, front desk, and patients Handle patient records, CRM, and clinic systems Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction

Requirements (MANDATORY):



Female candidate only

Lebanese Graduate

Fluent in

Arabic & English

Minimum 3-5 years experience

in UAE

medical & aesthetic clinics

Strong knowledge of

medical and aesthetic services

Excellent communication, sales, and coordination skills Professional appearance and patient-focused attitude Experience with clinic systems / EMR is a plus
