Patient Coordinator
/ Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
Provide detailed information about treatments, procedures, and clinic services
Coordinate between patients and medical staff to ensure clear communication
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
Requirements:
Previous experience as a
Patient Coordinator/ Sales Coordinator
in a medical or aesthetics clinic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in scheduling systems and administrative tasks
Based in Dubai with fluency in Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
