Program Creation & Customization

Develop and tailor wellness and therapeutic programs for patients in collaboration with physicians. Organize patient onboarding into medical programs Create educational resources (guides, checklists, schedules) for each program phase.

Patient Education & Supplement Guidance

Clearly explain the use, benefits, timing, and possible side effects of supplements or integrative therapies. Provide ongoing instructions on adherence to supplement regimens (oral, topical, IV, etc.). Maintain patient understanding and compliance via calls, messages, or printed materials.
3.

Medical Support & Coordination

Act as the liaison between the patient and provider to relay clinical instructions. Collect medical history or symptom updates for provider review. Schedule appointments and follow-ups as needed.
4.

Documentation & Tracking

Input and manage data in EMR systems regarding patient engagement and progress. Track inventory of supplements dispensed and manage reorder logistics.
? Qualifications

Required:

Knowledge of supplements, functional medicine, or integrative care protocols Experience with EMR and patient documentation

Preferred:

Medical background Previous work in a wellness clinic Bilingual (if applicable to patient demographics)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
