"Patient Coordinator"

to join our team. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming environment for clients, managing registrations, and assisting with billings, while ensuring exceptional service throughout the client's experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Welcome clients

in person, by phone, and through digital channels, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

Handle client registrations

, ensuring that all information is captured accurately and promptly.

Manage client billing processes

, including payments, invoicing, and addressing any billing inquiries.

Open and close the clinic

, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed at the start and end of the day. Provide clients with general information about the clinic's services, helping them feel at ease. Build and maintain a positive rapport with clients through excellent communication and customer service. Assist clients in scheduling appointments and following up on any queries they may have. Coordinate with clinicians, aestheticians, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations. Ensure the clinic's reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Track client feedback to help improve overall customer experience and services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree

. Previous experience in a

patient coordinator

or receptionist role, preferably within an aesthetic clinic, spa, or wellness center. Strong ability to manage

client registrations, billing, and administrative tasks

efficiently. Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent

communication

and

customer service skills

. Ability to

multi-task

and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle phone calls, in-person guests, and administrative tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail

when managing client information, bookings, and payments. A pleasing and approachable personality, capable of making clients feel comfortable and valued.

Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai

is preferred.

Russian/Arabic language skills

will be an added advantage.
