We are seeking Patient Coordinator to manage front-desk operations, schedule appointments, and assist patients throughout their healthcare journey. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow
Provide information on procedures, services, and billing
Handle patient inquiries and follow up as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related certification is a plus
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in using medical software and office tools

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
