Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Understand client goals and concerns, and provide recommendations based on services offered. Conduct consultations to provide treatment information, pricing, and potential results. Build lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting treatments, memberships, and package deals. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services, promotions, and new treatments to present to clients. Track and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth. Work closely with clinicians, aestheticians, and management to create a cohesive and supportive environment for clients. Provide feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement of services and customer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree Proven experience in sales, preferably within an aesthetic clinic preferably in aesthetic and dental treatment, plastic surgery, beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics. Track record of over-achieving target Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types People Friendly personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills. Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred) English/Arabic language will be an added advantage.
