We are hiring a smart Female Patient Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities;
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients at all times.
Responding promptly to patients inquiries.
Communicating with patients through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving patients' complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of patients, or clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure patient satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Skills:
Bachelor Degree.
Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
Skillful using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
Fluency in English is a must.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
