Cherie Clinic is looking for an experienced
Patient Coordinator
with a background in aesthetic or dermatology clinics. The candidate will be responsible for explaining treatment procedures clearly to patients and coordinating between the doctor and the patient to ensure smooth patient flow and a premium client experience.Key Responsibilities:
Explain clinic treatments and procedures to patients in a clear and professional manner Coordinate between the doctor and the patient for consultation, treatment, and follow-up Guide patients through the treatment journey and ensure their questions are answered Maintain professional communication and patient satisfaction Understand client goals and concerns, and provide recommendations based on services offered. Conduct consultations to provide treatment information, pricing, and potential results. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services, promotions, and new treatments to present to clients. Track and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth. Provide feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement of services and customer experience.
Requirements:
Arabic nationality Experience in an aesthetic / dermatology clinic is mandatory Strong communication and customer handling skills
