Patient Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Patient Coordinator to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Arabic, a warm personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. She will be responsible for managing patient scheduling, providing support and guidance throughout the patient journey, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner. Coordinate appointments between patients and doctors using scheduling systems. Follow up with patients before and after treatments. Handle patient inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Work closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service. Support the promotion of services, such as IV Drips and other wellness treatments.

Requirements:



fluent in Arabic and English Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Prior experience in patient coordination or customer service is preferred. Experience with IV Drip services or wellness clinics is an advantage. Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service.
