Assisting clients throughout the MENA region in matters pertaining to intellectual and industrial property, patents, innovation advisory, Research and Development (R&D) regulatory, industrial designs, trade secrets & confidentiality, technology transfer, plant variety & agriculture, technical copyright, and other legal rights pertaining to the protection, commercialisation and disputes in the sphere of R&D and innovation.
Covering a wide range of sectors including technology, artificial intelligence, education, healthcare & life sciences, energy, transport, financial, agriculture, Industrial manufacturing and others.
This team also covers providing innovation advisory services to the private and public sector including innovation strategies and program design, legislative, regulatory, innovation policies, processes, innovation fostering, and related value creation and capture.
4/5yrs + PQE
