Develop new recipes and techniques Train staff members on the best way to execute the recipes (current and new) and techniques while maintaining quality and consistency in the most efficient manner. Managing kitchen staff to ensure that they meet production goals while maintaining food safety standards and quality Create/assist in the development of new recipes for the Honestry based on owners\xe2\x80\x99 request or seasonal trends. Follow up on seasonal trends and continuously research on new techniques and information about health trends, ideas, and ingredients in the Gluten-free baking industry. Able to oversee monthly waste management and find ways to minimize it. Knowledge in calculating cost of products and finalize prices. Ensure all ingredients are of high quality and are stored correctly to avoid spoilage Organize kitchen and staff roles for a smoother workflow Manage inventory and supplies on a timely and cost effective manner. Work with staff to ensure all items are packaged and presented attractively and efficiently Must be able to have some knowledge on how to troubleshoot baking issues and resolve them Great communication and organization skills Able to work effectively under pressure.
