Assist in preparation of pastries, desserts, breads, and basic bakery items
Perform mise en place including weighing, mixing, and basic baking tasks
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of pastry workstations, tools, and equipment
Store ingredients properly and label items according to food safety standards
Support Pastry Commis 1 and Chef de Partie - Pastry during service
Requirements:
0-1 year experience in pastry or bakery section preferred
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR2,600.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
