Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, desserts, cakes, and bakery items
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation according to standards
Supervise and guide Pastry Commis 2 and trainees
Assist in daily production planning and mise en place
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety
Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and report shortages
Assist in training junior pastry staff and maintaining SOPs
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a professional pastry or bakery kitchen
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Basic knowledge of kitchen costing and portion control
Good teamwork and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR2,600.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
