We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef with a strong background in large-scale bakery or factory production. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing high-volume pastry operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. This role requires precision, leadership, and a strong understanding of production techniques in an industrial bakery environment. Familiarity with
automatic production lines, bakery machinery, and modern industrial baking technologies
is essential to ensure efficiency and consistency in output.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, oversee, and manage large-scale pastry and baked goods production.
Standardize and adapt recipes for mass production while ensuring consistent quality and yield.
Monitor and maintain product quality through regular checks on taste, texture, appearance, and shelf life.
Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Manage raw material and packaging inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to meet daily targets and uphold quality standards.
Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and logistics teams to align production with demand and new product development.
Oversee proper usage, cleaning, and maintenance of bakery machinery and equipment.
Prepare and maintain accurate production, inventory, and quality control reports.
Continuously improve production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and output.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a factory, industrial bakery, or large-scale production environment.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, production processes, and food safety standards.
Familiarity with HACCP and other food compliance protocols.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Education:
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, or Food Technology preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
