Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, cakes, and desserts to high standards.
Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all bakery items.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen according to UAE food safety standards.
Monitor ingredient stock, manage inventory, and coordinate orders with suppliers.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a bakery, hotel, or cafe.
Skilled in French pastries, cakes, and dessert preparation.
Creativity and passion for baking with attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations in the UAE.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
