Pastry Chef de Partie | Dubai | Luxury Hotel

Our client is a luxurious 5-star hotel nestled within a resort in Dubai. Here, guests are presented with an abundance of choices through six iconic restaurants and bars, presenting the epitome of culinary excellence. We are currently in search of a skilled, passionate and imaginative PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE to become part of the extraordinary culinary team

As ideal candidate you will have:

• Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts/Patisserie
• 4 Years previous experience from similar role and establishment
• Able to work under pressure and a busy environment
• Solid work history with references
• Immaculate attention to detail
• Very good communication skills
• Work well within a team

Key Performance Areas:

• Assist in the day-to-day activities of the kitchen team
• Lead by example, ensure the quality and consistency of all products served.
• Ensure that all pastry items are prepared to the standards as set out by the Head Chef
• Ensure that waste is kept to a minimum
• Follow all operating procedures and identify and correct any organizational problems that impact the effectiveness of the operation
• Ensure that all health, safety and cleanliness standards are adhered to and correct any deficiencies
• Handle all special requests and guest allergies to ensure guest health and satisfaction
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

Salary Package:

• Basic AED 3 500
• Live out allowance of AED 2 500
• Service charge
• Local medical insurance
• Annual paid leave
