Pastry Chef with extensive experience in Lebanese and international sweets, specialized in preparing high-quality desserts, pastries, and bakery items. Skilled in recipe creation, production planning, cost control, and managing kitchen operations for restaurants, catering, and hotel supply. Able to work under pressure, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare traditional Lebanese sweets (e.g., knefeh, baklava, maamoul, ghraybeh) and international desserts. Supervise daily production of sweets for dine-in, takeaway, and hotel supply. Develop new dessert items and seasonal specialties. Maintain product consistency, quality, and portion control. Manage stock, raw materials, purchasing, and inventory. Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with food safety standards. Train and supervise junior pastry staff. Support catering production for events and weddings.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month
