Job Description
Supports the pastry team in preparing, decorating, and presenting a variety of baked goods and desserts. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, breads, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards. Measure and prepare ingredients accurately. Mix, knead, and bake doughs, batters, and fillings as directed by the pastry chef. Decorate pastries, cakes, and desserts under guidance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and equipment. Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with plating and presentation for service.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
