About the Role



As a Passport Processor, you will be the welcoming face of Shangri-La Dubai, ensuring smooth guest registration into the CID system and delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure. You will play a key role in guest satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities



Accurately input guest details into the CID system for compliance and record keeping.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby while managing guest flow and directing them to available staff.

Provide accurate local information and act as an Arabic translator when needed.

Ensure quality standards of refreshments, print guest reports, and file registration documents properly.



About You



Courteous and efficient in handling guest interactions with tact and professionalism.

Experienced in front office operations with a strong understanding of customer loyalty programs.

Skilled in building guest relationships that foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Maintains high standards of professionalism and care in all service touchpoints.

Proactive and organized in upholding lobby presentation and guest service quality.
