Dhanguarad Business Setup Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Business Setup Processor
to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist clients in setting up their businesses by handling documentation, coordinating with government departments, and ensuring all procedures are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Process company formation applications for mainland, free zone, and offshore entities
Prepare and submit necessary documents to government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.)
Handle visa applications, trade licenses, and other business-related permits
Maintain accurate records of client files and application status
Communicate with clients and provide regular updates
Ensure compliance with UAE legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in business setup, PRO services, or a related field in the UAE (preferred)
Good knowledge of UAE government procedures and documentation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
