What You'll Do

Plan, set up, and manage

Google Ads

and

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

campaigns focused on

lead generation

. Optimize campaigns for

CPC, CTR, and conversions

, ensuring strong ROI. Manage and allocate

high advertising budgets

effectively. Handle Google and Meta Ads campaigns, ideally with

real estate industry

experience. Analyze performance data, prepare insightful reports, and suggest improvements. Collaborate closely with our creative team to maintain consistent brand messaging. Implement

on-page and technical SEO

to boost visibility and rankings.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience

in digital marketing, SEO, and web development (real estate experience preferred). Proven track record in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO best practices

. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects. Strong communication and analytical skills.

Immediate joiner
