Assist passengers in boarding and exiting taxis or transport vehicles safely.
Offer special support to
people of determination
(individuals with disabilities), senior citizens, and children.
Ensure passengers follow safety protocols, such as wearing seat belts.
Communicate courteously with passengers, providing information, directions, or assistance as needed.
Handle complaints, concerns, or emergencies professionally and escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth transport and timely pickups/drop-offs.
Report any incidents, accidents, or passenger-related issues to supervisors.
Maintain a professional, polite, and respectful attitude at all times.
Assist in emergency situations by following established safety procedures.
