Join a fitness business projected at 40M!
We are a rapidly growing business in the fitness and wellness sector, specializing in managing community gyms, pools, and wellness events across residential communities in Dubai. With a very promising business model and a projection of up to AED 40 million in revenue by the end of our first year, we are looking for a part-time marketing strategist to help us achieve and surpass our growth targets.
Responsibilities:
Design monthly marketing strategies to achieve client acquisition KPIs.
Develop integrated campaigns combining offline activations (community events, partnerships, referral systems) and online tactics (targeted campaigns, content distribution).
Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Work directly with management to align marketing initiatives with overall growth goals.
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in marketing strategy (preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or community-focused businesses).
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in client acquisition or revenue growth.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
Creative, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
Compensation:
Phase 1: Performance-based incentives tied to achieving KPIs.
Phase 2: Transition to a fixed base salary + incentives once consistent results are delivered.
