Job Description

Title: Part-Time Marketing Executive - Cafe & Restaurant (Business Bay)

About the role : We're looking for a creative, data-savvy Part-Time Marketing Executive (20-25 hrs/week) to grow weekday footfall, build our online presence, and activate our Business Bay neighbourhood.

What you'll do

Plan and publish 4 Reels + 5 Stories/week (IG/FB/TikTok); write thumb-stopping hooks and CTAs.

Shoot quick, authentic content on-site (phone OK): dishes, team, guests, ambience.

Maintain Google Business Profile and Zomato/Talabat pages; respond to reviews within 48 hrs.

Build local office relationships (HR/admin lists), run weekday lunch promos & QR-code redemptions.

Coordinate micro-influencers and nearby-brand partnerships; manage deliverables & usage rights.

Run small paid boosts on best content; track ROI.

Manage WhatsApp Broadcast (opt-in), feedback log, and repeat-visit nudges.

Report weekly on KPIs and propose one experiment to test next week.

What you'll bring

1-3 years in F&B or hospitality marketing (Dubai experience preferred).

Strong short-form video skills (shooting + editing on mobile).

Comfort with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Google Business Profile.

Clear writing (hooks/captions) and on-ground hustle (office outreach).

Bonus: Design basics (Canva/CapCut), influencer coordination, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/English.

4 Reels live, 5 Story days active

Profile taps to Directions/Calls ? 120/wk by month 2

?40 weekday offer redemptions/wk by month 2

Google rating ?4.5? with 8-10 new reviews/month

?12 active office/partner accounts by month 2 Schedule & Pay

20-25 hrs/week | Mix of on-site + remote | Competitive pay + performance bonus



Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
