Renow Pro is a reputed interior fit-out company in Dubai, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and retail projects. With over 15 years of experience in the UAE market, we are expanding our estimation and tendering team with a skilled part-time freelance estimator.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Part-Time Freelance Estimator
who can provide accurate and efficient cost estimation services for our interior fit-out projects on a project basis.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs Review and compare quotations from suppliers/subcontractors Assist with pricing strategies and tender submissions Conduct site visits for measurement verification (if required) Support the project team with estimation-related queries
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP, civil, and finishing works Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Must have a valid freelance visa/permit
Compensation:
AED 150 per project (up to AED 250,000 value) AED 250 per project (above AED 250,000 value) Payment upon submission and approval
