F&B Operations Consultant

to support us in building strong operational foundations and introducing creative improvements across all brands.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled

F&B Operations Consultant

(male or female) to work on a project basis to review, structure, and enhance operations across our cafe and dessert concepts. The consultant will help us establish strong systems, suggest operational improvements, and ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Review current operations for all concepts (Gnad Chai, Pick N Shake, Happy Ice, etc.). Establish

operational foundations

, including SOPs, workflows, quality standards, and service protocols. Identify

gaps and opportunities

in operations, staffing, menu delivery, and customer experience. Suggest

creative and practical ideas

to improve efficiency, sales, and brand experience. Standardize recipes, portioning, preparation, and presentation across stores (if applicable). Help in setting up systems for: Inventory management Staff responsibilities and performance Kitchen and service workflows Training structure Provide hands-on support to implement operational improvements. Train teams to ensure smooth execution of new standards and operational processes.

Requirements

Strong experience in

F&B operations

, ideally across cafes, dessert shops, or multi-concept brands. Background in restaurant consulting, operations management, or multi-unit supervision. Ability to structure systems, create SOPs, and redesign workflows. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest and implement new ideas. Knowledge of costing, stock control, and quality assurance. Ability to work part-time on a

project-based

schedule. Strong communication and leadership skills.
