Rolla Academy is expanding its

BIM Training Division

and we are looking for a

trainer who genuinely enjoys teaching and guiding others

-- not just someone who knows the software.

What You'll Be Doing



Teach

Revit

(Architecture / Structure / MEP) from basics to advanced workflows Mentor learners through

real project simulations

, standards and documentation Help students

build job-ready BIM portfolios

, not just model practice Encourage learner progress through supportive guidance and clear explanations (Preferred) Teach or support modules in:

Navisworks Manage (Clash Detection & Coordination)

Dynamo (Automation Scripts)

Enscape / Lumion (Rendering / Walkthroughs)

BIM 360 / ACC (Team Collaboration)


What We're Looking For



Practical project experience

in BIM project execution

Patience, clarity, and passion for teaching

Ability to

explain "why", not just "how"

Comfort in guiding learners at different skill levels Prior teaching/training experience is great -- but not required, if you enjoy sharing knowledge
