Position Overview
Azizi Developments is looking for a Parts Storekeeper to manage automotive parts inventory for its luxury brand dealership operations in Dubai. The role requires experience in inventory control, stock monitoring, and supplier coordination, ensuring that workshop technicians have timely access to required parts while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Job Details

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming automotive parts and accessories under proper storage conditions
• Issue parts to workshop technicians based on requisitions and maintain accurate issuance records
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock, initiating reorders as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation of all inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and returns
• Generate regular reports on inventory status and resolve discrepancies
• Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of parts and resolve order-related issues
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the parts storage area
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory management procedures

Ideal Profile

• Minimum high school diploma; diploma in automotive studies or supply chain management preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in a luxury automotive dealership in the UAE
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
