Job Description
Role Summary:
The Parts Sales Engineer - HVAC is responsible for driving sales of HVAC spare parts by supporting existing customers, developing new business, providing technical assistance, and ensuring timely quotations and order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell HVAC spare parts to contractors, service companies, and end users
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC parts and solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales orders
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts
- Coordinate with service, warehouse, and procurement teams for order execution
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting for spare parts
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HVAC spare parts sales (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
