Job Summary:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing the battery, spare parts, and scrap inventory. This includes ensuring real-time accuracy in Zoho Inventory, conducting audits, handling stock issuance/receiving, and coordinating with relevant departments to maintain smooth inventory flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date inventory records in Zoho Inventory
Conduct weekly stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when needed
Receive goods, verify with PO, and update Zoho within 2 hours
Issue items only against approved job cards; label with barcodes/SKUs
Log and manage defective/returned parts and coordinate with suppliers
Assign and supervise tasks of storekeepers and receivers
Ensure real-time coordination with workshop and on-site teams
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse roles
Familiarity with Zoho Inventory or similar systems
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Experience in automotive or service industry preferred
