Overview of the role: As a Parts Advisor for Commercial Vehicles, your role is to drive parts sales performance by nurturing existing customer relationships and developing new accounts within your assigned territory. Youll ensure timely parts delivery, maintain accurate customer data, and contribute to achieving monthly sales and profitability targets, all while delivering a superior customer experience in the commercial vehicles sector. What you will do:
Maintain and update an active customer database for targeted campaigns and sales analysis
Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and strengthen relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by focusing on both volume and margin
Ensure timely follow-up and coordination for the delivery of parts to customers
Monitor overdue payments and stay within the mutually agreed overdue limit
Submit daily call reports detailing visits to existing and prospective customers
Capture and address customer feedback to enhance service quality
