To drive strategic growth through the identification, negotiation, and management of external partnerships across influencer marketing, vendor ecosystems, and salon service collaborations. The role is critical to Grand Flora's expansion roadmap and brand amplification, ensuring each location benefits from a strong partner network and localized marketing support.
Key ResponsibilitiesVendor & Supplier Management
Identify and onboard qualified vendors and suppliers across categories: retail products, salon consumables, fit-out contractors, and equipment providers.
Oversee supplier due diligence, contract negotiations, SLAs, and periodic performance evaluations.
Maintain a live vendor database with standardized terms, pricing benchmarks, and contact protocols.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships
Build and manage a roster of beauty influencers, brand ambassadors, and local content creators for campaign collaboration and salon launches.
Draft collaboration briefs, negotiate deliverables, and monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, footfall lift).
Explore B2B co-branding opportunities with lifestyle and wellness brands aligned with Grand Flora's clientele.
Strategic Alliances
Support MOU development with real estate developers, corporate offices, and event organizers for footfall partnerships and exclusive service arrangements.
Coordinate with internal legal/finance to review partnership terms and risk assessment.
Track ROI of partnerships based on traffic uplift, referral revenue, or service add-ons.
Lead Generation & Business Development Support
Assist in identifying institutional clients, community clusters, and micro-market opportunities.
Represent Grand Flora in external networking events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to activate partnerships at branch level (pop-ups, demos, joint events).
Systems & Reporting
Use CRM and project tracking tools to manage outreach pipelines, partner touchpoints, and follow-ups.
Provide monthly reporting on partnership outcomes, cost-benefit analysis, and renewal decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, or strategic alliances (beauty, retail, or hospitality sectors preferred).
Strong negotiation skills with working knowledge of vendor contracts and influencer deal structures.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zenoti CRM a plus).
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple external relationships while aligning with brand tone and business strategy.
