The Role:
ThinkMarkets is seeking an experienced Partnership Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Dubai. The Partnership Operations Manager will support the Regional and Country Heads in the delivery of the Groups strategic goals in growing the partner business. The role entails ensuring our Partnership Operations team offers first-class support for partners, covering payments, account set-up, partner association, reporting and responding to any queries throughout the entire lifecycle of a partner. The ideal candidate will be a strong process-driven individual with strong operational and planning skills. This role has an influential impact on the overall success of the Groups Partnership Program.
Responsibilities:
Ownership of the ongoing administration of partner accounts
Act as the main point of contact for all partnership operational matters for the Group
Ensure partner inquiries regarding commissions, system performance, Money Manager account, Partner Portal and tracking are accurate and within the agreed SLAs
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for any new partners in accordance with the department guidelines and broader SLAs
Ownership of the guidelines and policies for Partnership Operations
Optimize and monitor the partnership program SLAs
Work with the commercial teams to understand what changes and features are required by partners
Manage mark-up rules, new partner groups and commission profiles
Manage rebate allocations and coordinate the processing of partner commission payments
Prepare partnership agreements in conjunction with the commercial teams
Liaise with Sales, Business Development, Risk, Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of new partner campaigns and brand initiatives
Share information and knowledge with teams to ensure an excellent level of service for partners across the entire Group
Introduction of new trading products and referral opportunities for partners
Be a subject matter expert on the Partner Portal and the Partnership Program
Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports to partners, account managers and senior management
All planned and ad-hoc activities and projects required to support the delivery of the Groups strategic partnership goals
Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs set by management
Develop learning and development plans, identifying and addressing gaps
Develop, own, and drive the Partnership Operations roadmap
Ensure cohesion with the global Partnership, Support and Operations teams
Provide ongoing feedback to management and contribute to Group initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years\' partnership operations management experience within the CFD/FX sector
Degree qualified (ideally in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics)
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, ZenDesk, MT4 and MT5, along with affiliate management software such as Etrass or CellXpert
Experience in using Jira, Confluence and BI systems
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
Strong understanding of the global FX/CFD partnership competitor landscape
