Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential partners in the hospitality, F&B, fitness, and leisure sectors. Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts with hotels, restaurants, gyms, and beach clubs. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners. Work closely with internal teams to design attractive offers for members. Monitor partner performance and ensure quality standards are met. Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or hospitality sector. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of the UAE hospitality and lifestyle market is an advantage. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written). A third language is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
