?We're looking for a Marketing Partnerships Specialist to join the Marketing team. This hybrid role is based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to work with a high-performing team while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.
The position focuses on building partnerships and an affiliate network with gyms, trainers, sports clubs, nutritionists, doctors, co-working spaces, and other lifestyle communities across the UAE, while also representing the brand at workouts, events, and community activations.
Affiliate & Partnership Development
Identify, approach, and onboard affiliate partners across fitness, health, and lifestyle sectors.
Build long-term engagement through outreach, events, and community networking.
Provide partners with the tools and incentives needed to drive measurable growth.
Community Engagement & Events
Support the planning and execution of events, pop-ups, and activations to enhance brand visibility.
Strategic Input
Share insights from partnerships and community interactions to inform campaigns and identify new opportunities.
Performance Tracking
Monitor KPIs (sign-ups, conversions, ROI) and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Nutrition, or a related field (preferred but not required).
3-6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, affiliate programs, community growth, or event management (ideally in fitness, sports, lifestyle, or wellness).
Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness; nutrition knowledge is a bonus.
