Our barefoot shoes are loved in 80+ countries, and we're now growing fast in the UAE and GCC. We're looking for a

dynamic Partnerships & Community Manager

to drive B2B sales, build strong partnerships, and grow our vibrant community.

What You'll Do

Partnership & Sales

Identify, onboard, and nurture B2B partners: retail stores, yoga studios, wellness centers, and online platforms. Build strong relationships, understand partner needs, and create win-win collaborations. Drive sales growth through strategic campaigns and activations. Work with partners on events, pop-ups, and promotions that embody natural movement and comfort.

Community & Storytelling (Bonus!)

Share authentic stories from our customers and partners. Create or coordinate engaging content (photos, videos, posts) that shows how barefoot shoes support wellness and recovery. Collaborate with marketing to amplify community voices and brand visibility.

What We're Looking For

Experience in

partnership management

,

B2B sales

, or

community building

. Strong communication & negotiation skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Social media savvy; comfortable working with creative teams. Bonus: hands-on content creation skills (photo, video, or copywriting). Background in

wellness, lifestyle, or fashion

industries is a plus.

Base Salary + Uncapped Earning Potential
