We're hiring: Partnership/Growth Marketing Intern (Partners & Tenant Activation) -- Summer 2025

Dubai | July - October 2025

Rentify is the UAE's first and largest rental rewards platform, making renting smarter, more flexible, and more rewarding. With over AED 1.5 billion in property value signed across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, we're redefining how tenants and landlords experience renting.

This summer, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to supercharge our tenant acquisition efforts and help us engage the next generation of renters.

What You'll Do

Drive tenant sign-ups through creative on-ground and digital activation campaigns Identify and execute high-impact tenant acquisition experiments (e.g., QR-code activations, referral loops, pop-up events) Support design and distribution of physical marketing materials (flyers, standees, merchandise) Track, analyze, and report weekly on sign-ups, conversions, and campaign impact Identify potential rewards partnerships for Rentify Create pitch decks and pitch partnerships to potential companies Work closely with the founding team to brainstorm and launch new growth ideas

What We're Looking For

Strong interest in marketing, growth, startups, or community activation Analytical mindset with an ability to learn fast and iterate quickly Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers and collecting real-time feedback Previous internship or campus experience is a big plus, but not mandatory A proactive, can-do attitude and readiness to roll up your sleeves!
