**Candidate Requirements**

• 3-5 years of proven experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or media sales
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, especially in retail and real estate environments
• Excellent communication, contract negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing analytics
