We would like to add team players who roll up their sleeves, and are open to being challenged. Requirements Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Partner Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the relationship with partners on a long-term basis, driving revenue quarter after quarter and actualizing on the go-to-market plan put together by the partner acquisition and partner enablement teams. This person will work with partners already in our ecosystem after they have gone through our rigorous training and enablement program. The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer consumption through their partners and helping those partners achieve their agreed-to goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for key partner relationships and focus on driving revenue towards partner commits
Has had the ability to drive incremental revenue from existing partners
To build incremental pipeline of 4x with each signed partner
Provide ongoing support and enablement in conjunction with the other partner support teams
Actualize the go-to-market plan put together by the partner, the Builder.ai partner acquisition, and Builder.ai partner enablement teams
Track partner performance and ensure that partners are progressing towards their goals
Conduct territory reviews and quarterly business reviews to keep partners accountable
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure partner success
Identify and address partner needs and opportunities to drive revenue growth
Build trust with partners to ensure continued year after year success and growth in revenue
Ensure partner compliance with program requirements and provide regular performance reporting to management
Maintain a strong understanding of the company\'s products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in account management and/or partner management
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with partners from diverse backgrounds and all levels of the organization
Comfortable enabling others to drive results within their territory
Strong analytical skills and ability to track and analyze partner performance data
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred experience in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, or financial services industries
