Partner Operations Specialist (billing & Fund)

Job Description
We\'re looking for a Partner Operations Specialist - Billing & Fund who will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the assigned partners and acts as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders. This role is to work closely with the Partner Operations Manager to identify trends and key insights to drive impact to the department goal. Ideally, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the operational needs for the funding programs and billing process.
- Stay updated with all partner programs related to Discounts, Billing and Funds.
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to initiate and to claim the unresolved funds.
- Monitor the account structure in terms of billing and funds.
- Support the Bidding Management in the validation stage before opportunity closure.
- Collaborate with concerned stakeholders on migration of customers from one billing system to a new system.
- Align the company Business Plan with the Partner requirements in terms of funds and revenues.
- Collaborate with the vendor alliance in advising Sales & Pre-sales on the funding programs and provide feedback and recommendations when necessary.
- Identify the opportunities to increase the utilization of fund programs with the assigned partners.
- Identify the gaps in the followed operational process and suggest resolutions to mitigate the unseen risks.
- Identify automation opportunities to optimize the billing process.
- Execute the department action plan to achieve the revenue within SLA as per the forecast.
- Prepare a dashboard on regular basis to report the progress and the recorded results
- Extract and compare consumption Data through Cloud Cost Monitoring Tools
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Business Management, or any related field
- Proven 4+ years of work experience as a Partner operations specialist or any similar role.
- Understanding of public cloud business, especially Microsoft.
- Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft programs & products.
- Cost Management tool experience will be a plus.
