Meta’s Business Partner Program supports 3rd party partners and developers that support businesses on top of the Facebook platform. As the Partner Manager, Data Signals, this person will work across the entire Data Signals Ecosystem in EMEA, reporting to the Head of CoreAds and Signals, EMEA.The focus of this role is on prospecting, developing potential and existing partnerships, and scaling companies to be successful in building integrations and partnering with Meta.

Partner Manager, Data Signals Responsibilities:

  • Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy that will accelerate the growth of the EMEA data signal partner ecosystem
  • Project manage new builds through test and launch and determine success frameworks to scale them to the wider Ecosystem
  • Map the Data Signals ecosystem to identify upcoming technological trends
  • Provide thought leadership on the direction of the Data Signals industry as well as the ecosystem makeup for EMEA
  • Prospect and consult businesses to build an innovative partner ecosystem
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts both shorter term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmap
  • Become a Thought-leader and exhibit executive presence and confidence in presenting Meta to C-suite executives
  • Represent the team in events and evangelize the program to the industry and developer partners
  • Drive product adoption and provide on-going education about new and existing Facebook marketing products, especially those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology
  • Work with Business Operations to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Approx. 8+ years' relevant experience (or 6+ years with MBA/Masters) in a partner management, product management/marketing, or sales role within the Data / Marketing Technology ecosystem
  • Proven experience in Data/MarTech
  • Demonstrable understanding of Facebook products and digital marketing, and how they work within the wider technology ecosystem
  • Proven ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
  • Client facing experience working with senior level stakeholders
  • Demonstrable project management (leading and executing) and quantitative/analytical skills including the ability to build Go-To-Market plans
  • Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing often ambiguous environment
