Job Description
BWP are currently representing a leading international law firm with a broad global footprint and a full-service practice covering corporate, commercial, finance, regulatory, infrastructure, and energy matters. The firm advises clients across sectors including energy, infrastructure, transport, utilities, and renewable projects, offering deep technical legal expertise, project-related support, and strategic commercial advice from project inception through delivery internationally
Role Overview:
Lead client engagements on complex energy and infrastructure transactions, including project development, finance, regulatory and contractual matters
Provide strategic legal advice to developers, investors, governments and sponsors on major power, utilities, renewables and infrastructure programmes
Play a key role in winning and growing high-value mandates, and building long-term client relationships
Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team to strengthen sector expertise and delivery capability
Support practice growth, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor in energy transition and infrastructure markets
