The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
B2B sales
within the UAE market and a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across the hospitality, retail, and distribution sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new B2B customers, including distributors, cafes, restaurants, catering companies, and retailers.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries or issues.
Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with operations to meet service standards.
Sales Operations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress regularly.
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and contracts.
Track competitor activity, market trends, and pricing to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-7 years of B2B sales experience
in the UAE (preferably in packaging, F&B supply, or fast-moving goods).
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
UAE driving license required.
Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
