Responsibilities:
Design & Creativity:
Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, packaging designs, social media graphics, website banners, and advertisements.
Develop and execute creative concepts that align with project briefs and brand objectives.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and integrity in all design outputs.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.
Technical Execution:
Prepare and finalize designs for print and digital publication, ensuring high-quality output.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication:
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and feedback.
